    great product, thank you. can i repack in foodsaver,vaccum sealed and freeze?

      Hi Noel: You can vacuum seal it and freeze it but it may turn mushy when thawed. Most of the flavor remains but you won’t have chunks of garlic. Freeze for up to 6 months.

    What is the difference between your regular garlic and your organic. I am assuming neither one is radiated but what growing conditions differ between the regular and the organic?

      Hi Laura: You are correct – our garlic, conventional and organic, is NOT irradiated. Our conventional garlic is grown using Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). We use pesticides and fertilizers but our garlic is certified Pesticide Residue Free by Nutriclean. We practice minimal usage of fertilizers, pesticides, water and tractor work as part of our sustainability program. We also use drip irrigation which further reduces our use of pesticides.

      Our organic garlic is farmed using only certified organic fertilizers and sprays. We are audited by State and Federal agencies as well as private third party auditors monthly to insure that we are following all Federal and State laws as well as Good Agricultural Practices and California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF) organic standards. Our organic products are clearly marked organic on the label.

      Hi Cierra: Please see the expiration date on the front of the bag. Depending on handling and storage – CONSTANT refrigeration at cold temps of 34º to 38º – peeled garlic can last 6 to 7 weeks from date of peeling.

    Hi there,

    I eat a raw food diet and I am wondering if your peeled garlic goes through a heating process as you do what you need to do to bulk peel it, so that therefore it would not technically be a raw food any longer. Could you let me know? Thanks!

    I really liked you organic peeled garlic because they come in small packages in a large bag. they don’t bad all at once because I can use what I need at a time. this is a great idea. Now, I don’t remember what store i bought them. I live in Chula Vista California in San Diego area. Can you help me? Thank you Toni
