how do you prevent the bags from puffing resulting from the hot air released by the garlic cloves?
Hello Yenni: If you keep peeled garlic constantly refrigerated at fairly cold temperatures it doesn’t do this. Sounds like it may have been left out of refrigeration.
Can you order straight from Christopher Ranch? I didn’t see any prices listed by the products. I have seen your products sold at local stores but not the roasted garlic. I am in Southern California and would like to order some.
Hi Heather: We don’t have mail order service, but please contact http://www.garlicworld.com They carry many of our products, but not sure about the roasted because it’s a refrigerated product. Go ahead and e-mail them with your request as they may be willing to send it. Also, check with Staters and Gelsons in your area.

I used to often buy your whole, peeled, roasted garlic in jars at several different stores here in Northwest Indiana. (Because I loved it.) It looks like you don’t make it anymore; are there any plans to start it up again??
If not, okay, I’ll start looking for your fresh roasted peeled garlic. Until I googled onto your website, I knew nothing about it

We have always bought your product in the black bag from Costco and loved it. Recently we bought it in a white bag labeled “Organic”. The oder is so strong that even through 2 zip lock bags and a plastic air tight container it ranked out the entire refrigerator and house. So we had to get rid of it. What’s up?
Hi Bob: The cold chain may have broken somewhere along the line or the product was not stored in cold enough temps – 34º to 38º is best.
