I have seen your chopped ginger and I am disappointed. It is more of a minced than chopped, almost a paste. I keep looking for “chopped”.

  3. Ann Rose says:

I found jars of minced shallots from your company but am not able to find them now. Where can I buy them in Virginia?

  4. debbie says:

i am wondering i their is gluten in your chopped ginger? hope to here from you soon.

    • christopherranch says:

Hi Debbie: Our Quality Control Supervisor advises that our plant is not gluten free. Since we do not have dedicated lines, we cannot insure that our items have had no contact with gluten. Our fresh garlic bulbs and peeled garlic cloves are gluten-free because neither has any additives nor are they exposed to gluten products.

i love, love, love your pickled garlic. I used to buy it at the Freash Market in Tampa,FL, but they said that they no longer carry it. I tried to use the “find our product” search , but it did not seem to be working.
Can you please tell me where I can buy it locally?

  7. Gautam says:

I am vegan, could you please tell me if your pesto has milk products in it. It says on the ingredient list: Cheese flavor but does not specify whether it is real cheese from milk or just a flavor. Please clarify. Thanks.

    • christopherranch says:

Hi Gautam: The cheese flavor in our Pesto is made from a natural cheese product and has a milk base.

I have a QUESTION, I need the measurement for the chopped shallots in the 4.25 oz jar,

ASAP, Love the minced garlic. Thank!!!

    • christopherranch says:

HI Audrey: 1 tsp. of our Chopped Shallots = 1 tsp. fresh chopped or add to taste. Thanks for your support!

  10. DairyAllergy says:

If the pesto contains dairy, you should print that on the label for allergen purposes. As of now it just says “contains nuts”

    • christopherranch says:

Cheese flavor is listed on the ingredient panel, but I will pass this on to our QA Director. Thank you for your input.

For some years I have had access to your little jars of pickled chopped red jalapeños at our Leekers grocery in Park City, KS but they have disappeared. I note their absence from your website too. Before I found them, I used to be able to get a similar product under the Polaner label. I have tried making my own but the recipe I found was WAY too salty. Have you any suggestions for my craving? At least once a week I like to put the jalapeños on dry curd cottage cheese for lunch.

    • christopherranch says:

Hi David: We still make our Chopped Jalapenos, but finding them in your area may be hard. However, they are online at http://www.garlicworld.com If you don’t see them, e-mail GW with your request and they should be able to order them for you.

  12. Chris says:

I see that your pest says “contains nuts”. I was wondering what kind of nuts. Due to a peanut allergy, I might not be able to use this product if it does contain or comes in contact with peanuts.

    • christopherranch says:

Hi Chris: Our Pesto is made with almonds. Christopher Ranch’s Allergen Policy involves product scheduling and sanitation practices to minimize exposure or cross contamination. However, our plant is not considered allergen or gluten free since we do not have dedicated lines and cannot insure that our items have had no contact with allergens or gluten.

  15. Margie says:

I recently bought your garlic ginger stir fry. My recipe calls for 1 1/2 tablespoons of ginger and 2 cloves of garlic. How do I measure out this combination?

  16. Karen Larsen says:

Hi: I used your chopped Basil for years and bought this product (along with your minced garlic) for years. I can still easily find the garlic but I can’t seem to find the Chopped Basil any more. PLEASE tell me you didn’t stop making this.

  17. Debby says:

I used to buy jalapenos in a jar from Schultes in Jefferson City, MO and they are no longer carrying it. I don’t see it on your website either. I am wondering how I can purchase this product.

  18. John says:

I’ve been buying your Christopher Ranch Pesto that comes in a 8 oz bottle at Kroger St. Joe Fort Wayne, IN and I LOVE your pesto. The store did a reset and I couldn’t find my favorite pesto anymore. Do you know where I can buy your pesto around my area? Can I order it online? Please help because I don’t want to have a Christopher Ranch Pesto withdrawal problem. Thank you in advance and keep up the oh sooo good products coming.

  24. Mary says:

I was looking for ingredient lists, but didn’t find them. Can you direct me? I think I saw somewhere that your ginger has HFCS and/or sugar, which would make me sad, because then I would have to stop buying it and deal with mincing fresh ginger.

  25. Ann says:

    Hello.

I have ordered pickled garlic from the garlic world website many times (14 jars in 2 months! Very poplar in my house!!) however the shipping is very costly! Do you know of any stores in the Boston suburb area that carries the Christopher Ranch pickled garlic? Thank you!

    • christopherranch says:

Hi Ann: Please check with Star Market, Shaws or Big Y, but give them a call first just in case. If they don’t have, please ask them to order it for you. Sometimes they will do this. Thanks for asking!
