For bulk garlic at the store level, we recommend: June to October: Store in cool, well-ventilated, dry storage. October to May: Store in cold storage at 30º to 32ºF
Store all fresh garlic products in a dry, cool, well-ventilated area. Refrigeration is an option, but do not store in a plastic bag.
