Cilantro Dijon Marinade
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves chopped
- grated zest of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 roasted Fresh CHRISTOPHER RANCH California Garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix throughly. Marinate meat for 4 to 6 hours.
