We grow our Fresh California Heirloom Garlic in the best soil we can find, using seed stock that we’ve had for over 60 years. You can eat our garlic raw or cooked, in a variety of ways. Chop it up or mince it, and add it to dips, pizzas, stir-fries, soups, marinades, pastas, roasted veggies, and salad dressings!
