1/2 lb. (2 sticks) butter or margarine – softened
3 cloves Christopher Ranch California Heirloom Garlic – peeled and minced
2 Christopher Ranch Shallots – peeled and minced
1/4 cup fresh parsley – chopped
1 loaf French bread – cut lengthwise
Mix all ingredients (except bread) together. Refrigerate overnight. Spread bread with Butter and broil until golden brown and bubbly. Slice and serve.
Options: Melt Savory Butter over grilled seafood or cooked vegetables; use for sautés, in sauces or to baste meat or poultry.
